Membership fees are non-refundable. Conference fees may be refunded less a $25 administration fee if written cancellation is received at obeamembership@obea.ca within the time frame stated in respective conference materials. If you have questions regarding your membership, please contact obeamembership@obea.ca.
Refund Policy
Before a return can be made, please contact us by e-mail at obeamembership@obea.ca for return authorization. We want our members to be satisfied. If you are not satisfied or you have placed a transaction in error you may make a return request within 30 days of receipt of the order for a full refund. Please contact us and we will be happy to assist you. Please quote the Order ID listed on your receipt.
