Fall Conference 2010

Your OBEA PD committee will be meeting this summer to finalize plans for the this year's Fall Conference, which is being held at London's H.B. Beal Secondary School on Saturday, November 6, 2010. We'd like to encourage you to submit a workshop to share one or more of your wonderful teaching strategies/resources at this conference. There is one FREE Conference registration for each workshop submission, so it's a great way to self-fund an exciting day of professional development exploration!

2010 OBEA Accounting Contests

We would like to take this opportunity to thank all of the teachers and students who took part in the 2010 OBEA Accounting Contests on May 26th and practice run on May 12th. We were fortunate to have 1250 students from over 100 schools participate in the contest and we hope that it was a rewarding experience for you and your students.

The results for both contests were emailed to participating teachers on May 31st. If you participated but did not receive the results, please contact Mike Atkins at michaelatkins67@gmail.com.

CGA Ontario's Scavenger Hunt is On!
